Facultative compensation
As Fides Group s. r. o., protected workroom fulfilled all the conditions stated in § 76 Act no. 435/2004, it is morally and according to the law authorized to issue Confirmation of Facultative compensation, which is clearly defined in Act no. 435/2004 - replacing the obligation to employ 4% of people with health handicap.
